H.E. President of China, Xi Jinping made the statement on record, July 15th 2014, Fortaleza, Brazil saying that when India and China speak in one voice, the world will pay attention…The combination of the world factory and the world back office will produce the most competitive production base. However between these ambitious words, there lays a plenty of questions, doubts and suspicions to be answered properly, without which this new ambition would become highly unrealisitc. The Centre for Economy Development and Law is trying to convene a platform to engage academicians, young scholars and students of International law and relations to examine the issues at large. The Panelists are Dr. K. N. Raghavan (Customs Commissioner, Author on Indo- China affairs); (2) Mr. Muraleedharan Nair (Former Indian Consul of China); Dr. Joe Thomas Karackattu (IIT madras, Center for Sino-Ind Relations); (4). Dr. Pramod C. R. (M Phil, Phd, From JNU,Center for South East Asian Studies.)
