OPEN FORUM ON DEVELOPMENTAL SPECTRUM OF KERALA AND PUBLIC FINANCE POLICY PERSPECTIVES

0

Kerala is widely regarded as a unique experimentation in quality life criteria and equitable distribution of resources among the people. Consequentially, the state is appraised as the specimen for redefining developmental perspective. However the Kerala model has also been under criticism from few corners. It is always relevant to examine socio-economic and legal factors behind Kerala experience. The Panellists were (1) DR. K GOPAKUMAR, (2) DR. A. A. BABY, (3) PROF. MARTIN PATRIC, (4) SIDDIK RABIYATH
