Political theories dictate that there is always a trade-off among various sections of the society. Systems are supposed to reform according to the needs of the hour. If law is unjust, it has to be changed. Though in a multicultural society, the dominant idea judges the other opinions in comparison to its own conception, there is always need for constructive deliberation upon what constitutes Constitutional Morality.
